What you are joining

Departail is clinic software for pet-travel booking and paperwork: destinations, dates, packet, and handoff. It is not legal advice, not a government or USDA system, and not an official CVI, IHC, or health certificate issuer. Cited destination briefings show official sources. Conflicting exam windows are shown together — the app never silently picks one. Signing, endorsement, and issuance stay with USDA-accredited DVMs and VEHCS / state eCVI. Do not treat any screen, badge, or JSON payload as a certificate, seal, or government GO.
