Beta — destination briefings and clinic paperwork prep. Not an official travel certificate.

Clinic

How a clinic uses Departail.

Clinic Digitail Integration

Pet information and vaccination dates are automatically filled from clinic records for easy scheduling and issuance of health certificates.

When Digitail is connected, name, microchip, and vaccine dates come over so staff can schedule the right visit and prepare the certificate paperwork. Departail does not replace Digitail's own rabies or vaccine certificates, and it does not apply official seals or USDA endorsement.

Manual entry

Not every patient is in Digitail yet. Enter the chip and vaccine dates from paper or a prior clinic, and keep a copy of the records with the visit.

How the clinic uses it

The pet owner enters the trip. Front desk and technicians prepare the visit from that itinerary. The doctor reviews destination facts and any gaps before the exam. The accredited veterinarian still issues the certificate; USDA or the state still endorses when required.

Staff sample

A checklist of what to finish before the appointment, counting backward from the travel date so nothing is missed.

  1. Confirm the travel date.
  2. Open the destination cards for that trip. Facts stay on the cards.
  3. Counting backward from the travel date, finish remaining records before the appointment.
  4. Type the dates you have, or attach a scan for the doctor.
  5. Name, chip, and vaccines: on file, or still missing for the visit.
  6. Leave it ready for the doctor to review before the exam.

DVM sample

What the doctor reviews before the exam: destination facts with the official source and last-checked date. If a government page failed to load, the card says so.

These are the catalog cards already in this beta. France is one listed country among them, not the visit itself.

Still missing

  • Name, chip, or vaccine dates stay blank until staff types them or attaches a scan.
  • If a government page failed to load, the card says so. We do not fill in dates.

At the exam

  • Confirm identity and chip.
  • Examine the animal.
  • The accredited veterinarian still issues the certificate; USDA or the state still endorses when required.

Destination cards

Example cards only. Hawaii is the primary face. California is the second example. Type a name or code to find another destination.
